Position Summary...Want to help lead the way in redefining how Walmart customers shop for Beauty online? The Editorial Manager is a critical team player who will shape the storytelling narrative, image curation and contenting strategy across Walmart's Beauty experiences on Walmart.com and the App. This person will oversee everything from concepting and developing the strategy for best-in-class Beauty content planning, photography & image curation, creative asset planning, synthesizing key macros trends and micro events in addition to trend forecasting.You will drive impact through integrated, cohesive omni-channel messaging and visual storytelling to create an inspirational, seamless digital shopping experience to help drive brand perception, elevate our Beauty brands and assortment, encourage basket building, and enhance conversion and customer satisfaction. You'll make an impact by: Shaping and leading the Beauty editorial strategy acrosssiteduring key moments,campaignsandevents, as well as for evergreen messaging-translating trends, cultural moments, seasonal shifts, launches, and customer insights into compelling, service-driven storytelling.You'llbuild cohesive narratives that inspire discovery and confidence, overseeing the Beauty editorial calendar, creative briefs, visual direction, product storytelling, and asset selection to create a seamless, elevated customer experience. Translating trends and data into actionable editorial decisions. You'llcombine performance data, customer insights, search behavior, and category trends to inform content strategy,curate imagery,optimizestorytelling, and refine the Beauty content mix.You'llcontinuously test, learn, and evolve to ensure content resonates with customers and supports business goals. Leveraging AI and emerging technology to scale Beauty storytelling. You'lladopt and apply AI tools and emerging retail technologies to accelerate content creation, enhance personalization, and unlock efficiencies across the Beauty editorial workflow. From trend identification and performance insights to content ideation, asset optimization, and testing,you'lluse technology to scale high-quality storytelling whilemaintainingstrong editorial judgment and brand standards.You'llproactively explore innovative tools that elevate the customer experience and help future-proof our Beauty content strategy. Partnering cross-functionally to champion Beauty excellence. You'llcollaborate closely with merchandising, marketing, creative, site operations, and brand partners toalign onand influence priorities,identifywhitespace opportunities, and strengthen storytelling across campaigns and product launches.You'llserve as a strategic Beauty voice, ensuring content reflects brand standards, inclusivity, and innovation. Driving operational rigor and creative excellence. You'lllead with strong editorial judgment and operational discipline, ensuring timelines, workflows, and approvals run smoothly.You'llhelp refine processes, scale best practices, and contribute to a high-performing editorial team that consistently delivers polished, impactful Beauty content at speed.
