Position: 3rd Shift Roll Clamp Forklift OperatorShift: 11:30 PM - 7:00 AMOverview:Hire Dynamics is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Roll Clamp Forklift Operator for our 3rd shift team. This role is essential for the efficient movement, loading, and organization of paper rolls within the production environment.Key Responsibilities:Safely operate a roll clamp forklift to move, load, unload, and stack large paper rolls.Transport materials to and from machines, storage areas, and staging zones.Inspect forklift equipment daily and report any issues or needed maintenance.Maintain accuracy in material handling to prevent product damage.Support production workflow by ensuring timely delivery of materials.Follow all company safety rules, protocols, and PPE requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience operating a roll clamp forklift or similar equipment.Ability to safely maneuver heavy rolls in tight or high-traffic areas.Good communication and teamwork skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Must meet all safety and certification requirements for forklift operation.
