Essential Job Summary: As an Inside Sales Agent at IWS, you will support our commercial outside sales team by driving sales activities. We are looking for a proactive, results-driven individual who excels in a dynamic environment, ensuring exceptional customer service while representing our company's values and brand. Essential Job Functions: To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for: Supporting new commercial customer onboarding, including account signup and service agreement setup. Assisting customers with account changes, such as service modifications or container size adjustments. Negotiating price adjustments and facilitating customer retention efforts. Managing the service agreement renewal process and resolving billing discrepancies. Addressing service requests and issues while maintaining customer satisfaction. Transitioning lost accounts and providing detailed information about our services, pricing, and promotions. Building and nurturing strong relationships through regular communication and outstanding customer service. Staying informed on industry trends and market conditions to spot growth opportunities. Thriving in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changes during company expansion. Completing additional tasks as assigned. Requirements and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Demonstrated inside sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools. Capacity to build and maintain customer relationships. Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented. Knowledge of the waste management industry is a plus. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic setting. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including overtime or at different facility locations as needed. Fluency in English is required; bilingual skills in Spanish or Mandarin are a plus.
