Quality Technician 1st Shift

We are seeking a Quality Technician to join our team! The Quality Technician will coordinate the flow of work and materials between departments as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. Responsibilities: Carry out necessary in-process tests and document results. Identify, resolve, and implement troubleshooting measures. Check for test plans and develop suggestions for correction. Develop, suggest, and potentially implement organizational optimizations. Serve as the direct contact for specialty departments quality and external complaints. Assist lab in obtaining test and measurement parts from line. Qualifications: 3+ years of quality technician experience OR completed technical vocational training in tool or industrial mechanic. Process knowledge in forming technology. Good user knowledge in the SAP system and MS Office standard programs. Basic knowledge of statistical QM methods. Confident, personal demeanor when dealing with related departments. Working knowledge of the IDOS and SAP systems. Test plan and process analyst. Organized and systematic. Lifelong learner.
