Job Description A growing ecological restoration organization is seeking a Field Lead to oversee hands-on restoration projects and support field crews in delivering high-quality environmental work. Responsibilities: Lead daily field activities including native planting, soil work, erosion control, and invasive species management Supervise and train Technicians and crew members Ensure safe working conditions and proper equipment use Maintain project logs, planting records, and pesticide documentation Support scheduling and coordination with Project Managers What We're Looking For: Background in ecology, forestry, agriculture, soil science, or related field Ability to identify native and invasive plant species Experience operating restoration or landscape equipment Strong leadership and communication skills Willingness to work outdoors in varied conditions This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about ecological restoration and land stewardship.
