The Content Data Quality Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of Dodge Content's project reporting data. This position involves performing regular audits of Dodge Reports, conducting verification communications with industry professionals, and pinpointing areas for data quality and workflow enhancements. The Auditor will work closely with Data Stewards, Content Managers, and Operational Leadership to maintain and uplift Dodge's data quality standards. This role is primarily focused on auditing operational data within Dodge's construction project reporting and content systems. This is a Full-Time position and reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Operational Performance Management. Preferred Location This is a remote, home-office based role. Candidates located in the continental United States will be considered, with a preference for applicants in the Eastern Time Zone. Travel Requirements Minimal travel is expected for this role. Essential Functions Conduct thorough audits of project records to ensure they meet accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data standards. Review sampled Dodge Reports to verify that the presented data aligns with available information. Engage in verification calls and emails with architects, contractors, and other project participants to confirm essential project details. Analyze audit outcomes to identify data gaps, recurring issues, and opportunities for workflow improvements. Provide prompt feedback to Data Stewards and management regarding audit results and necessary corrective actions. Keep detailed records of audit findings and assist in the creation of data quality scorecards. Collaborate with the Data Quality Management team to enhance audit criteria and strengthen data governance practices. Support process calibration and quality assurance initiatives to ensure consistent performance across the Content organization. Education Requirement Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in business, data management, or a related field. Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills At least 2 years of experience in data quality auditing, content quality assurance, research verification, or operational data validation, ideally within construction, media, research, or SaaS sectors. Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities. Excellent verbal communication skills and comfort with professional phone outreach. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Familiarity with construction industry data or content workflows is advantageous. Comfort and confidence in conducting outbound verification calls with industry professionals such as architects, engineers, and contractors. A solid understanding of data quality principles, auditing methodologies, and structured content validation, along with strong reporting capabilities. Ability to calculate and validate various metrics, including percentages, completion rates, error rates, and quality metrics. Preferred Experience, Knowledge and Skills Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, or similar CRM systems is a plus. Understanding of construction industry data or content workflows. Experience reviewing structured records in content management systems, CRMs, or research databases. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, AWS QuickSight, PowerBI, or charting capabilities in Microsoft Excel. Salary Disclosure Base Salary Range: $48,800-$61,000 This represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Final offers may vary based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other job-related factors. Dodge Construction Network's compensation and rewards package includes a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and applicable roles may offer uncapped commission plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
