Job Title: Audiologist / Hearing Aid Specialist Location: Orlando, FL/ Key West / Miami, FL/ Seminole, FL Job Type: Full-Time Facility Setting: Outpatient Job Summary We are seeking a talented and experienced Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to join a rapidly growing, audiologist-owned hearing care organization. This role offers the opportunity to practice autonomously while delivering best-in-class patient care within the Wheat Ridge community. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, sales-driven, and collaborative, with a strong commitment to improving quality of life through personalized hearing solutions. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic assessments Recommend appropriate hearing aid solutions based on patient needs, lifestyle, and hearing loss Perform hearing aid fittings, programming, and adjustments Provide follow-up care, counseling, and ongoing patient support Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Deliver exceptional patient care and customer service Collaborate effectively with other providers and team members Meet or exceed hearing instrument sales and performance goals Requirements Active and unrestricted Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist license Proven track record in hearing instrument sales Strong patient care and counseling experience Ability to work independently and manage a patient panel autonomously Willingness to collaborate with other healthcare providers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation package with base salary plus escalating quarterly bonus Health insurance reimbursement Paid Time Off (PTO) Eight (8) paid holidays Paid continuing education requirements Employee discount Additional hobby stipend
