Position Overview Join our dynamic team as an Account Executive focused on selling Ultrasound imaging systems, options, and service contracts to a diverse customer base. Job Description Duties and responsibilities Collaborate with Regional Managers to craft strategic calling plans for optimal territory coverage and sales growth. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers in the hospital and outpatient markets to sell equipment and service contracts. Ensure customer satisfaction by developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, facilitating cross-selling opportunities. Partner with the Hospital Relations Manager and National Accounts to enhance selling strategies within hospitals, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and government accounts. Coordinate with Sales Administration to generate accurate equipment quotes and service contract proposals. Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations with the support of Product Managers for prospective and current clients. Work alongside Ultrasound Marketing to prepare business plans and market insights for clients. Continuously enhance your product knowledge and technical skills related to Fujifilm ultrasound products and services. Provide timely feedback on competitive products, pricing, and market trends. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and prospects in the CRM system. Assist in the collection of accounts receivable and the renewal of service contracts, as well as addressing product performance issues. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform sales strategies. Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences to generate leads and foster new partnerships. Adhere to all medical device regulatory requirements and compliance standards. Complete necessary vendor credentialing to access facilities for job-related responsibilities. Qualifications Experience Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales within the hospital market, especially in diagnostic imaging equipment or related surgical devices. Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree required. Special Skills or Other Job Requirements Proven sales ability with a focus on customer needs and excellent presentation skills. Strong communication skills across all levels, including C-Level executives and clinical staff. Ability to foster long-term business relationships and collaborate effectively with various departments. Capable of structuring sales that meet customer specifications while resolving issues efficiently. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A competitive spirit with a strong focus on teamwork and customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory. Must have access to a reliable automobile for business purposes. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary. Physical requirements Ability to work in typical office and clinical environments. Capacity to safely drive commercial vehicles and lift up to 35 pounds independently. Ability to maneuver ultrasound systems weighing up to 350 pounds on wheels. Regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and perform fine motor tasks. Occasional requirements include standing, walking, and using arms to reach or lift. Vision capabilities must include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception. Ability to travel via personal, public, or air transportation as needed. Travel This position requires frequent travel (up to 75%) to serve the full territory, emphasizing the San Francisco region.
