Project Manager Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are met. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering. Proven experience managing projects in a similar role. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience utilizing project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira). Work Environment: This role may require occasional travel and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
