Responsibilities Include: Managing a variety of projects with a focus on electrical systems, while coordinating with trades such as HVAC, plumbing, and IT. Collaborating with customers to define project scope, budget, and timeline. Coordinating with IT and other teams to align realistic schedules and plans. Reviewing project changes and ensuring compliance with customer requirements. Identifying risks and suggesting potential solutions and costs. Evaluating drawings to ensure proposed projects won't exceed circuit capacities. Providing feedback on riser drawings for new construction. Updating the Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) system as required. Assisting with data requests related to electrical engineering work. Supporting larger projects alongside the Project Management Office (PMO), especially in electrical engineering aspects. Coordinating facility work orders efficiently. Conducting routine electrical surveys. Collaborating with vendors to revise the Facilities Operating Plan. Being available for after-hours site outages and updating the U.S. Government accordingly. Providing thorough updates on outages to the Facilities Government point of contact, including potential future risks. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project management records. Delivering briefings to clients, ranging from technical staff to C-suite executives. Basic Qualifications: Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6-10 years of experience. A proven track record of effectively communicating with and briefing senior executives. Ability to support client facility organizations across diverse tasks. Experience in budgeting and executing facilities-related requirements. Capability to provide various project management services for facility occupants. Guidance on project issues related to facilities ownership and infrastructure risks. Proficiency in documentation management in support of client facilities. Desired Qualifications: Licensed Master Electrician in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington, DC. Experience managing customer facility projects with a focus on senior-level oversight. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Access, or MS Project. Knowledge of platforms such as BUILDER, Bluebeam, ServiceNow, or ARCHIBUS.
