In this role, as a Tier 1 lead for Oracle Health, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Sales Management on various transactions, including Software License, Cloud, and Hardware sales. You'll collaborate closely with Sales teams to navigate the internal deal processes, offering strategic guidance from transaction structuring to deal closure. Expect to provide ongoing training to Sales in internal deal management and Oracle policy while engaging with customers to articulate Oracle’s agreements and practices. Responsibilities Provide insightful deal strategy and structuring advice, ensuring Oracle business policies are met while maximizing revenue. Clearly and accurately communicate non-standard requests to the Deal Approval System, ensuring adequate justification is provided. Approve non-standard terms on behalf of Senior Oracle Health Sales Management. Manage escalations for complex non-standard terms and aid strategic transaction discussions. Oversee the transaction process across Oracle's Opportunity to Order flow, ensuring timely adherence to required steps. Assess operational risks and maintain alliances with review groups to guide Sales effectively. Create and deliver engaging training sessions to Sales about best practices in deal management. Assist Sales in understanding and responding to customers' non-standard requirements. Promote process improvements and collaborate on project teams to enhance deal velocity across Oracle. Support discussions with customers and prepare Sales for effective negotiations.
