Position Overview: The Maintenance and Engineering Reliability Planner plays a crucial role in the Reliability Maintenance and Engineering team. Collaborating with the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) team and the Reliability Manager, this role focuses on optimizing material handling equipment uptime, essential for smooth operations. You will be responsible for creating and executing maintenance plans based on preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, ensuring equipment reliability, and minimizing unexpected downtimes. Your Key Responsibilities Include: Measuring and publishing key performance indicators (PI) metrics to management, providing insightful analysis and recommendations for process improvements. Maintaining accurate equipment metadata in the EAM system, ensuring proper identification and tracking of equipment. Managing work order data, including planning, scheduling, and ensuring the accuracy of labor and materials. Developing and updating preventive maintenance plans and schedules tailored to specific operational needs. Conducting audits of materials management processes and implementing corrective actions based on findings. Facilitating user training for EAM software, providing support for operational teams to ensure best practices. Working closely with maintenance teams to manage and coordinate proactive maintenance activities during available downtime. Driving the materials management process, including the management of spare parts and requisitions. Qualifications We Seek: A High School Diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in planning and scheduling maintenance activities. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite. Flexibility to work varied shifts and travel up to 15% as needed. Preferred Qualifications: An Associate degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. 3+ years of experience with enterprise asset management software, with proficiency in Infor EAM ASE highly desired. Experience in data analysis related to facilities maintenance. Project management experience a plus. Work Environment: The role involves physical demands such as lifting, bending, and mobility across varying environments. Work may include exposure to different temperatures, noise, and surfaces.
