Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Supply-Demand Planner to collaborate with sales teams, business units, and suppliers to develop impactful product forecasts, formulate effective inventory strategies, and tackle supply-demand challenges that directly affect revenue, customer delivery, and margin. Key Responsibilities Independently create product forecasts and develop inventory strategies for assigned products. Lead cross-functional supply chain teams to address excess inventory and supply shortage challenges that impact revenue and customer satisfaction. Enhance forecast accuracy through strategic analysis and innovative solutions. Evaluate future supply chain revenue capability for senior leadership decision-making. When necessary, coordinate supply allocations to optimize overall supply chain performance. Present business results and planning recommendations to cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and operational units. Contribute to the design and evaluation of new planning processes and systems. Mentor junior planners and provide guidance on their activities. Support senior planners and management teams with various tasks as needed. Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication and collaboration with diverse business lines and Oracle suppliers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred. 6 to 10 years of experience in supply/demand planning, ideally in a complex, multi-site, or global environment. Demonstrated expertise in data analytics, with hands-on experience in statistical software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel; proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is highly desirable. Ability to analyze complex business problems and deliver practical solutions in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on collaboration. Professional certifications, such as APICS CPIM or CSCP, are a plus. Salary and Benefits The annual salary range for this role is $79,100 to $158,200, with the possibility of bonuses and equity.
