Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager 4 - PJM4 A4 SC3 Project Manager Location Requirement: Must reside in Pennsylvania at the time of application (no relocation offered). Ability to work onsite in Harrisburg office two (2) days per week as requested. Contract : 9 month contract Harrisburg, PA 17120 Required Skills & Experience: Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification for a minimum of 5 years, preferably through PMI Institute. Experience: At least 7 years of direct Project Management experience leading technical initiatives with large project teams. Engagement Objective: Provide project management support for the system transition of an on-premises, in-house custom registry to a SaaS product. Key Responsibilities: Execute an approved Statement of Work (SOW), including SLAs, defining vendor and program responsibilities. Collaborate with leadership to identify, engage, and communicate with all stakeholders. Develop and maintain a project plan to ensure smooth collaboration between Program and Vendor PMs. Hold the vendor accountable for meeting SOW expectations, with emphasis on data migration from the legacy system to the SaaS solution. Partner with leadership to drive timely decisions and ensure project success.
