Coating Assembler/Dispensing Technician

Job Posting: Coating Assembler / Dispensing TechnicianSchedule: 4/10s, 1st Shift Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour (DOE) Oldsmar, FL Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Coating Assembler / Dispensing Technician to join our 1st-shift manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in reading prints and diagrams, operating coating and dispensing equipment, and ensuring high-quality results in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret prints, labeling diagrams, and mixing ratios. Operate various dispensing and coating machines to meet customer specifications. Mask and/or tape circuit boards to protect areas from conformal coating or potting. Inspect assemblies to ensure proper coating coverage and quality. Perform maintenance on coating and dispensing machines, including fluid changes, mixer adjustments, and cleaning. Remove excess coating and perform manual touch-up in areas the machine may miss. Transport racks of circuit boards throughout the manufacturing process. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment through general housekeeping. Work with and understand a variety of materials used in production. Complete all required Specific Function Training courses. Support additional tasks as assigned to meet production demands. Encapsulate discrete assemblies. Replenish chemicals, solvents, compounds, and process fluids as needed, including safe dispensing into secondary containers and chemical cleaning. Prepare and apply potting, bonding, and coating compounds, lubricants, spray coats, or insulated tape to a wide range of components and assemblies. Retrieve or move product, materials, and tools within the facility and from local suppliers for self or team members. Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, electronics, conformal coating, or related fields preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and documentation. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality. Ability to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift. Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn.
