We're hiring a Senior Horticulture & Plant Care Specialist to support plant health and quality across our nursery, holding yard, retail garden center, and landscape construction operations. This is a hands-on, field-based role for an experienced plant professional who enjoys working directly with trees and shrubs while advising and supporting teams across the business. This position does not manage staff but serves as a trusted plant-care expert.
