In this role, you will help patients regain independence and improve performance in activities of daily living while working in diverse clinical environments. Responsibilities Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on occupational therapy interventions to promote independence, safety, and functional performance Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes accurately Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques and strategies to support continued recovery Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations Ensure a safe and organized therapy environment Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of assignment Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcome Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical settings and patient populations Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Towne U.S. LLC Job ID #17756925.
