The Work: Lead the business architecture in claims, reimbursement, and post-sale service across automotive and financial sectors. Define target-state business capabilities, operating models, and value streams aligned with enterprise strategy. Translate business strategies into Salesforce-enabled solutions and actionable roadmaps. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on digital transformation initiatives and platform strategies. Utilize your expertise in claims and reimbursement to architect solutions that streamline claims intake, validation, adjudication, and payment processes. Design reimbursement workflows to serve dealers, partners, vendors, and customers effectively. Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and financial control requirements through tailored Salesforce solutions. Optimize processes related to dispute management, appeals, chargebacks, and exception handling. Lead the design of Salesforce solutions across various clouds including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud. Define data models, integrations, automation, and reporting frameworks for claims and reimbursement processes. Guarantee that your solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with all relevant regulations. Collaborate closely with executives, product leaders, and operations teams to establish project priorities and outcomes. Conduct workshops, journey mapping, and capability modeling sessions to align team efforts. Guide delivery teams, including architects, product owners, developers, and QA specialists. Mentor and cultivate talent among business architects, analysts, and solution designers. Ensure that solutions meet all financial, regulatory, and audit requirements while establishing controls for data privacy and security. Support risk, compliance, and audit teams during reviews and implementation processes. Note: This role may require travel, with the amount dependent on business needs and client requirements. Here’s what you need: A minimum of 7 years of experience in implementing or managing Salesforce programs and projects. At least 5 years of experience in crafting solutions through capability assessments, requirements gathering, experience design, and process reengineering. At least 2 years of experience in pre-sales, sales, and origination responsibilities. A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting claims and reimbursement processes, specifically within the automotive sector. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). (If you have an Associate's Degree, you must have at least 6 years of work experience). Bonus points if you possess: 10 years of experience delivering Salesforce Claims projects. Compensation at Accenture varies by factors such as office location, role, skill set, and experience level.
