Roofing Project Manager - $16/hr + Commission | $55K-$60K+ We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to manage roofing projects from start to finish. You'll be the on-site contact for homeowners, making sure work is done safely, on schedule, and up to our quality standards. What You'll Do: Be the on-site point of contact for homeowners Monitor job progress, quality, and safety Confirm materials and keep job sites clean and organized Take progress photos and update project records Help with inspections when needed Coordinate with production teams to keep projects on track What We're Looking For: Professional, dependable, and organized Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Able to climb ladders/roofs and lift 50+ lbs Valid driver's license & clean driving record Pay & Basics: $16 per hour (Ave. 40 - 45 Hours) + Commission on jobs you invoice and collect (avg. $100-$200/week) Realistic annual earnings $55K-$60K+ Health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) with company match Company truck provided for work use (picked up daily from our shop) All offers are contingent on a successful background check and drug screening.
