We are looking for a driven Technical Architect to help our clients leverage cutting-edge technology for successful product development and supply chain integration. In this role, you will work with various industries to dive deep into product development challenges, manufacturing processes, and supply chain opportunities. Your mission will involve: Client Engagement: Understand and analyze client needs to identify digital transformation opportunities aligned with industry trends. Analytical Expertise: Assess clients' R&D and PLM capabilities, leveraging Digital Thread & Twin technologies to drive strategic outcomes. Strategy Development: Assist teams in formulating effective Digital Thread & Twin strategies and develop actionable plans for transformation success. Technology Utilization: Apply both foundational and emerging technologies in areas like regulatory compliance, sustainability, and product service management. Leadership: Guide teams through large-scale Digital Thread & Twin transformation projects, fostering collaboration and innovation. Responsibilities also include: Performing product engineering and digital operations, using methodologies like Agile and Waterfall. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and managing specification documents. Leading workshops and technical discussions with customers. Delivering quality documentation, including process maps, user stories, and functional specs. Driving functional design and architecture solutions in PLM, ALM, and MES systems. Coaching implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery. Requirements for this position: Minimum of 4 years of experience in PLM technical solutions with Siemens Teamcenter. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Engineering and Manufacturing IT systems, including ERP, PLM, MES, ALM, and QMS. Proficiency in Teamcenter to SAP integration and familiarity with various configurations. Experience with the latest Teamcenter versions (TC13, TC14, TC2312) and their features. A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
