Machine Operator (Temp-to-Hire) Location: Neenah, WI Schedule: Monday-Friday | 2:50 PM - 11:00 PM Pay: $19.50/hourAbout the Opportunity We are hiring a Machine Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a fast-paced manufacturing company in Neenah. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, motivated, and works well with others. The company is focused on finding the right long-term fit and offers the opportunity to be hired on permanently based on performance and attendance.Key Responsibilities Feed materials into production machines Operate equipment to produce finished products Build boxes and pallets using hand tools Unload product from machines and band skids Perform measurements and quality checks on finished goods Complete required production and quality documentation Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Qualifications Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently Experience with hand tools and measurement tools (calipers preferred) Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset Education High School Diploma or equivalent Why This Role?
