This role emphasises managing mid-level complexity in sourcing events, negotiations, and supplier coordination to secure cost-effective procurement solutions in compliance with company policies. A successful candidate will contribute to continuous process improvement, support cost optimization initiatives, and ensure effective stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Manage tactical sourcing and RFx processes in alignment with category strategies.Negotiate contracts focusing on competitive pricing, terms, and conditions.Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory standards.Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including onboarding and performance monitoring.Collaborate with stakeholders to meet procurement requirements and support policy compliance efforts. Must-Have Skills: Experience in RFx events and contract negotiations.Proficiency in procurement/ERP systems like PeopleSoft or SharePoint.Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Industry Experience:Previous experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management, ideally within Supply Chain Management, Business, or Finance domains. CPSM or CIPS certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
