What's the role? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Capital Management Specialist to be an integral part of our dynamic Payroll Solutions team! In this role, you will prepare client payrolls in strict compliance with wage and tax regulations, manage garnishments, produce payroll reports, and assist with tax filings—all using the isolved HCM platform. In this role, you'll: Efficiently process weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and after-the-fact payrolls for a diverse range of clients Generate essential quarterly and year-end reports, including W-2s Update employee information and implement payroll adjustments as requested by clients Collaborate with clients to ensure seamless payroll processing and provide outstanding support What experience and skills do I need to be successful? Required: Experience in a service bureau or client-oriented payroll processing role High school diploma or equivalent Strong computer skills, particularly in payroll systems Exceptional communication and customer service abilities Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy Preferred (but not required - we're willing to train!): Familiarity with the isolved HCM platform Experience with general ledger and/or tax payments Basic understanding of payroll laws and compliance regulations Great Perks and Benefits: Our company offers noteworthy benefits, including long-term job stability, a supportive work-life balance for families, and ample opportunities for career growth. This role supports regular office hours of Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a stable 40-hour work week.
