Driver Qualifications: Must have a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old A minimum of 3 months verifiable driving experience is required Drivers are compensated based on dispatched miles ranging from $.80 to $.86 cpm depending on experience and route No more than 1 CMV on-road preventable accident in the last 2 years No major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years No DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL Must successfully pass a DOT physical and drug test No drug-related convictions within the last 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL SAP drivers are not eligible for hire Bonus payouts are subject to qualifications.
