Description Please do not apply unless you have read the entire job description and requirements!!This is a 2nd shift position consisting of hours in the afternoon & evening with the exception of Saturday. We are looking for a go getter who will be a cheerful addition to our business that is looking for long term employment. This person needs to be a multitasker that is detail oriented; customer service driven with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. This is not a work from home or set at a desk position Work schedule consists of 28-40 hours between the hours of 3 pm - 10 pm Tuesday - Friday with Saturday hours TBDResponsibilities Answer customer phone calls, texts and emails Answer customer questions and provide pricing & availability Schedule & confirm events on our calendar Add events to our custom scheduling program Invoice customers with Square Invoicing Assist marketing/office manager with daily tasks Prepare/Deliver supplies to trucks as needed Clean and stock trucks as needed Drive a Kona /Tom's truck to an event and work at that event as needed Qualifications Valid driver's license with good driving record required Must have office and event coordinating experience, preferably at least 2 years or at least 1 years verifiable Familiar with Gmail, Google Voice, Microsoft Word, & Excel Highly organized and detail oriented. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
