Our diverse home settings include single or multi-family homes, assisted living facilities, independent living spaces, and memory care environments. Your role will involve assessing and treating patients facing challenges such as language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, and those in need of alternative or augmentative communication supports. Many of our patients may have experienced a stroke or suffer from progressive conditions such as Parkinson's disease and dementia. Qualifications Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance. Dependable transportation in good working condition that you can drive in all weather conditions. Currently licensed as an SLP in your state of employment. Maintained adherence to seatbelt use while driving.
