PeopleSoft Finance

Role: L2 PeopleSoft Finance Experience Required: 10+ Years Key Modules: GL, AP, AR, Supply Chain, Billing, Contracts Key Responsibilities: Provide L2 application support for PeopleSoft Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, Supply Chain, Billing, Contracts). Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex functional and technical issues escalated from L1. Ensure system stability and timely resolution of production incidents. Work closely with business users to support finance processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash). Assist in testing during patching, upgrades, and enhancements. Utilize PeopleSoft tools such as SQL, PeopleSoft Query, Process Monitor, and Report Manager. Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with L3 teams for enhancements and defect fixes. Document resolutions, SOPs, and best practices. Preferred Skills: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Good knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM modules. Familiarity with Oracle database and PeopleTools stack. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
