We work on projects throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana with dollar values ranging from $1 million to $50 million. M.A. DeAtley Construction is presently seeking Construction Management support to help with all aspects of project management from bidding to final close out. Responsibilities include assisting project manager with bidding, owner correspondence, subcontractor and supplier correspondence, project submittals, cost control, progress invoicing, material and supplies procurement, quantity tracking/reporting, change order pricing for additional work, prepare/update progress schedules, permit applications, environmental permit monitoring. Additional tasks include: developing grade control files and calculating earthwork quantities utilizing survey equipment and software. Travel, primarily in Monatana and Idahoe, is required for this position. The remaining time will be spent at the Clarkston office. Position Requirements Must be able to work independently; possess strong computer skills with knowledge of MS Word/Excel. A degree in Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar discipline is preferred.
