Oversees maintenance and accuracy of resident's clinical records, reflecting current status and maintains confidentiality of all resident care information. Serve as a resource for the staff regarding the resident's cognitive and functional ability. Evaluates the quality and appropriateness of care and the effectiveness and efficiency of systems within the facility setting. Be a key nurse manager in infection control protocol maintenance.
