CNA Job Duties As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will: Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care Take and record vital signs accurately Document care provided in a timely and professional manner Support and follow care plans established by the nursing team Respond promptly to resident needs and requests Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow team members to ensure excellent resident care Required Qualifications Current CNA certification in the state of California A caring, patient-focused attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment Why Choose Willow Springs?
