Accounts payable analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst o join our accounting team in Jacksonville. This role is vital to our production operations, requiring a professional who thrives in a high-volume environment and maintains a high standard of accuracy in financial reporting. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of vendor payments, from initial invoice entry and purchase order matching to the final resolution of discrepancies and 1099 preparation. This is a temporary to hire role, with gerenous beniefts (including 100% paid health care coverage) upon going permanent. salary: $24 - $26 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM education: Associate Responsibilities 3 way match full-cycle accounts payable processing including accurate account coding, invoice matching with purchase orders, and receiving documentation ACH, wire transfers, credit cards, and online portals while maintaining open A/P listings Oversees vendor relationship management by resolving billing discrepancies and maintaining critical documentation including W-9 records and payment authorizations Annual 1099 reporting and provides technical support for external audit documentation and inquiries Monitoring and auditing the A/P queue to eliminate duplicate entries and ensure efficient financial reporting Proficient in Microsoft 365 with an emphasis on Excel The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environment Skills Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is required) 1099 (2 years of experience is required) Vendor Relations (2 years of experience is required) 3 Way Match (2 years of experience is required) Purchase Orders (2 years of experience is required) Inventory Auditing (2 years of experience is required) Qualifications Years of experience: 2 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
