Enhance your skills on Pepsi's diverse fleet, including trucks (light and heavy), vans, and forklifts Conduct advanced diagnostics across various OEM platforms Handle high-level repairs including engine, driveline, after treatment, emissions, and safety systems Develop and adapt maintenance capabilities for alternative fuel applications Diagnose vehicle failures and conduct necessary repairs Maintain thorough documentation and vehicle records Respond to service calls and uphold Pepsi's safety culture by following all safety procedures Contribute to maintaining one of the largest fleets in North America We're committed to your growth! We provide extensive training and continuous education to develop your maintenance skills. However, there are a few requirements we are looking for: Must own basic hand tools; diagnostic and ergonomic equipment will be provided Physical capability to perform movements such as lifting, bending, and reaching At least 18 years of age Pass Forklift Driving Skills test (if applicable) Able to lift up to 50 pounds Brakes Certification is required Experience with hydraulic and air brake systems Hands-on experience with after treatment and emissions repairs Knowledge in performing driveline repairs Ability to use diagnostic platforms effectively Additional Experience that Will Set You Apart: Ability to remove and replace mounted wheels to torque specs Familiarity with diagnosing using troubleshooting codes Experience in inventory controls and parts management Capacity to work with limited supervision Proficiency with shop tools and maintenance equipment Experience managing preventative maintenance programs Technical skills working with computers and diagnostic tools Experience repairing forklifts and heavy-duty equipment Training in gas and diesel automotive repair Knowledge in repairing safety systems Join our team and become a part of PepsiCo’s mission to deliver quality and service.
