Direct Counsel is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Digital Health / Regulatory Associate Attorney to join a national AmLaw-level law firm with a premier Health Care Practice Group supporting its Telemedicine & Digital Health industry team. Locations: Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Jacksonville, Miami, Nashville, New York, Orlando, Raleigh, Salt Lake City, Tampa Position Overview This associate will work within a nationally recognized Health Care Practice Group advising health-care-focused clients on regulatory and transactional matters related to telemedicine, digital health, and health innovation. The role involves collaboration with attorneys across multiple offices and direct interaction with clients ranging from emerging companies to Fortune 50 organizations. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on federal and state health care regulatory compliance in connection with corporate and transactional matters Support digital health, telemedicine, and health innovation initiatives Draft and negotiate transactional and regulatory documentation Manage complex matters and client relationships Collaborate with partners and practice-group attorneys across offices Mentor junior associates and contribute to team development Deliver high-quality legal services in a collaborative environment Qualifications 4-6 years of health care regulatory and transactional experience Experience working with health care industry clients Familiarity with telemedicine, digital health, or health innovation companies preferred Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple matters and work directly with clients and senior attorneys AmLaw firm experience preferred, but not required JD from an ABA-accredited law school Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to obtain admission in the hiring office's state Compensation & Benefits Expected salary range: $290,000 - $390,000, depending on experience, education, and internal equity considerations.
