SUMMARY We are looking for an enthusiastic 401K Account Executive to support our 401(k) Producers by providing exceptional sales support and customer service. You will manage the procurement, implementation, and ongoing service of employer-sponsored retirement plans while ensuring the accuracy of essential plan data on an annual basis. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain continuous client communication to address daily service issues and enhance vendor management. Collaborate with vendors and Third Party Administrators to streamline data collection and analysis processes. Schedule and attend meetings with prospects and existing clients to foster relationships. Manage client and due diligence files meticulously. Document meeting notes and prepare minutes for investment committees. Conduct investment reviews using various software platforms such as Morningstar, RPAG & FiRM. Prepare meeting materials and booklets for investment committees. Assist in the completion of plan applications, documentation review, and implementation. Support auditors with Form 5500 preparations and associated data collection. Facilitate year-end data collection for vendor testing. Conduct participant enrollment meetings as necessary. Provide the 401(k) department with industry knowledge and research new initiatives for enhancing efficiency and compliance. Assist in resolving plan issues arising from participant failures or low participation. Complete Requests for Proposals effectively. Handle complex plans with assets over $10 million and more than 100 participants. Manage fee collection and resolve outstanding balances promptly. Ensure compliance with agency management system data standards. Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience. Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of retirement plan types and operations, along with knowledge of ERISA guidelines and regulations. Experience in managing mid to large (250+) client accounts. Possession of a valid Series 65 license. Securities licenses (SIE, Series 6 or 7 and 63) are preferred. SKILLS Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills. Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
