Job Description

Job Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the CS3 Nashville Branch Controls Division. Manage the CS3 Nashville Branch Staff. Generate growth through the combination of leveraging CS3 Nashville's existing customer relationships and developing sustainable growth through the acquisition of new customers. Build and Maintain long-lasting client relationships with prospects within the assigned territory. Cold call potential clients according to the assigned metrics and respond to inside sales leads. Establish new accounts by forecasting sales, researching, setting appointments, and presenting with the intent to persuade customer stakeholders of CS3's solutions and offerings. Generate leads through prospecting and building a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals for new business. Sustain a pipeline of suitable appointments and more prospects through the sales process quickly and efficiently. Maintain knowledge of CS3 products and services. Estimate BAS and Controls projects with an emphasis on the plan and spec market. Establish and maintain relationships with local engineering firms, including offering assistance with project design and specification generation. Maintain assigned sales metrics. Track quotes and opportunities to assist in revenue and labor forecasting. Track billing for customer projects and service calls. Assist with and attend kickoff meetings with construction/service team. Attend kick-off meetings with project managers and customers. Anticipate and discuss client needs and facilitate solutions. Display professional behavior and attitude. Job Requirements Building Automation and Controls Industry Sales and Management experience is a requirement. Building Automation and Controls Industry Technical experience is helpful. Knowledge of Schneider Electric products and services is helpful. Familiarity with Tridium Niagara 4 is helpful. Ability to assign priorities to tasks. Customer Service: Ability to analyze the needs of a client and provide strategic business solutions. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Experience with Microsoft Teams, and Dynamics 365 CRM preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer relationship skills. Highly motivated and results-oriented. Strong presentation, organization, multi-tasking and time management skills. Solid problem solving and consultative skills required. Must be willing to learn CS3's various product lines and attend both virtual and in-person training courses to assist with this. Must be willing to drive within 120 miles of Nashville, TN. Travel up to 50% of the time.
