What we are looking for: Experience: Previous food service experience, ideally in a supervisory role. Leadership: Strong skills in managing a team and fostering a positive work culture. Customer Service: Excellent skills in customer service and conflict resolution. Communication: Clear communication abilities, both written and verbal. Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making skills with minimal disruption. Multitasking: Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks. Attention to Detail: High standards in maintaining restaurant quality and meeting expectations. Job Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Capability to perform tasks that require repetitive motion. Frequent bending and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to move quickly and efficiently around the kitchen. Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Work Environment: Flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Fast-paced, loud work environment.
