Role Overview We are seeking dedicated PMHNP-BC clinicians to offer on-site and telehealth behavioral health services for residents in Assisted Living Communities. We have an immediate need for providers as approximately 300 eligible residents are ready to receive care, ensuring consistent and predictable patient volume. What You'll Do Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-ups; initiate, titrate, and monitor medications. Collaborate with primary care physicians, facility staff, families/POAs, and our concierge team. Document same-day in EMR; ensure compliance with regulatory and CMS standards. Provide staff education on behavior plans, safety, and de-escalation techniques. Requirements Qualifications PMHNP-BC; active CA NP & RN licenses; active furnishing, NPI, DEA, and BLS certification. Experience in senior living, ALF, or RCFE preferred; proficiency in EMR systems. Benefits Compensation (CA pay transparency) Annual compensation ranges from $175,000 to $210,000 based on experience, schedule, and patient volume. Additional earning opportunities are available based on coverage and panel needs. W-2 employment with benefits is available; mileage is reimbursed according to policy. Final terms will be outlined in the employment agreement. Schedule & Setting This is a part-time position with preference for weekday blocks. Routes are clustered within assisted living communities with optional telehealth blocks available.
