In our Assisted Living Facility unit you will be working with residents with who need help with personal assistance in varying levels of care. Responsible for all as needed medications and follow up in one hour. Follow care plan as to how medications are to be given. Follow medication delegation guidelines as received by nurse delegator as needed. Assisting residents with basic needs Keep accurate charts Provide warm, compassionate and friendly care to residents while ensuring a safe and calm environment Assure client dignity, rights and safety Follow guidelines for universal precautions and procedures RequirementsRequired Qualifications (Certificates and Licenses) High School Diploma or General Education Degree Active Washington State Nursing Assistant Certification or Home Care Aide License CPR (can get on hire)
