Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Train and guide team members on the Shack operations. Inspire and manage the team to uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Exhibit leadership by focusing on coaching and achieving excellence. Develop strategies to enhance brand promotion within the local community. Ensure adherence to sanitation and safety regulations. What We're Looking For 2-3 years of experience in Restaurant Management in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food preparation, and safety regulations. A natural aptitude for leadership, coaching, and driving excellence at all levels. Understanding of business financial aspects. Food handler certification is preferred. Flexibility to work varied hours. Why Work With Us?
