Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Production Department, supporting the Assembly and Quality teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality work that aligns with the organization's standards. We are looking for candidates who show reliability and a track record of consistent work experience, reflecting their ability to grow and thrive in a stable role. Job Title: Assembler Location: Bristol, IN Pay Range: $18.50/hour, increase to $21/hour after hire What's the Job? Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards Accurately read and use a tape measure to ensure precise measurements Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures What's Needed? Ability to accurately read a tape measure (required; skills test included in screening process) Track record of reliability and commitment in previous roles Experience using hand and power tools Strong manual dexterity and grip strength Prior manufacturing or assembly experience required What's in it for me?
