Will take new clients on a case by case basis in the Boulder/Broomfield area with the potential to build up a caseload.  Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision (over 30 hours) Flexible Hours Paid Training Job DescriptionWe are searching for a nurse who can assist our nursing team as needed with the following tasks: Keep skilled client records updated Can develop and implement a plan of care that meets each patient's specific needs according to supervising MD orders and with agency policies and procedures. Prepare POC and fax to doctor for signature Counsels the patient and/or family in meeting nursing and related needs. Continually communicates patient care to office staff, involved clinicians, and supervising MDs to ensure that every single patient receives the care that they deserve and need.
