Shuttle Driver

 Responsible for the safe, timely, and professional transportation of customers to and from the dealership/service center, ensuring a positive customer experience while maintaining the company's image and shuttle vehicle cleanliness.    Key Responsibilities Customer Transport: Drive customers to their homes, workplaces, or other designated locations within a set radius.Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, provide a comfortable ride, and act as a brand ambassador.Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the shuttle clean inside and out; report any mechanical issues, low fuel, or damage to management immediately.Route Management: Efficiently plan routes, use GPS, and adapt to traffic/road closures for timely pickups/drop-offs. Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and defensive driving practices.    Qualifications Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record Proven driving experience, preferably in a shuttle or customer service role.Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and GPS usage.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude.  Must be able to pass background and drug screen.
