RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver precise simultaneous interpretation during conferences, business meetings, and other events involving English and Mandarin speakers. Utilize specialized equipment to maintain high-quality interpretation and ensure seamless communication. Adhere to professional standards and confidentiality protocols throughout all assignments. Prepare for assignments by researching relevant subject matters, terminology, and any specific contexts required for effective interpretation. Continuously improve language proficiency and interpretation techniques through training and self-study. REQUIREMENTS: Fluency in both English and Mandarin with exceptional oral and written communication skills in both languages. Proven experience in simultaneous interpretation in professional environments. Strong understanding of cultural nuances and contextual differences that can affect communication. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy and composure. Relevant certification in interpretation or a related field is preferred.
