Delivery Driver - Part Time

Their duties include loading goods, using navigation tools to arrive at the right address and delivering parcels to the correct address. He or she provides exceptional service to our customers by delivering products with a friendly, helpful attitude.  The ideal candidate has a pleasant and courteous personality, is fluent in English, and can provide excellent service at all times. COMPENSATION $14 - $15 / hour DELIVERY DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES  Interacts with customers during deliveriesCoordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnelFollowing the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading a truckCommunicating with dispatchers, drivers and other team members to make deliveriesMeeting delivery deadlinesLoading and unloading cargoTracking shipments and deliveriesObtaining client or customer signatures when neededMeets or exceeds all service targetAttends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as requiredPerforms other duties as assigned DELIVERY DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS   High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferredMust have a valid driver's licensePleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personalityHighly professional and dependableExcellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stressStrong organizational and problem-solving skills
