What we offer Wages: $20.08/hour - $40.15/hour Journeyman Roofer total compensation package: $61.60/hour $40.15/hour (wage) + $21.45 (health and welfare benefits)  Benefits effective immediately Apprentice Roofer - starting pay is negotiable based on experience and roofing knowledge. $20.08/hour Benefits available after completing their first year of apprenticeship school. Training opportunities through Local 44 Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems. Learn and apply roofing techniques. Willingness to follow instructions. Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols Requirements Qualifications include: Background checks required for security clearance. Pre-employment drug screen. Comfortable working at heights. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in physically demanding conditions. Ability to work 8-10 hours/day High school diploma or equivalent
