Position Overview We have part-time, full-time, and temporary positions available for Swing Shift assignments. Ideal candidates must be vigilant, responsible, and capable of handling potentially volatile situations with professionalism. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements ✅ Minimum Certification: Active Guard card License in the State of California ✅ Other Requirements: Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Exposed Weapon Permit Have non-lethal weapons certifications (OC Spray, Taser, baton) Must be available for weekend shifts Prior experience in law enforcement or military service is a plus Key Skills Conflict management and de-escalation techniques Knowledge of surveillance systems and loss prevention strategies Strong observational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication for interacting with staff, visitors, and emergency responders Ability to work independently and as part of a team in high-pressure situations Responsibilities Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, taking appropriate action Conduct security inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment Enforce rules and regulations related to access control and loss prevention Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, observations, and actions taken Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required for investigations or emergencies Benefits Why Join Us?
