TIG WelderPay: $28-$33/hour (DOE) Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced TIG Welder to join our team. This role requires strong technical knowledge of welding processes, weld preparation, and finishing techniques, along with the ability to accurately interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craftsmanship and consistently balances quality, productivity, and safety while working independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Perform weld preparation, TIG welding, and weld finishing operations Manufacture parts according to drawings, specifications, and work instructions Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety policies and procedures Meet daily production schedules with minimal supervision Qualifications Minimum 5 years of TIG welding experience AWS welding certification or similar material certifications preferred Experience welding thin and thick wall aluminum and thin wall titanium Skilled with Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Steel, Titanium, and Inconel Strong attention to detail and excellent hand/eye coordination Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen Familiarity with D17.1 and aerospace standards (NADCAP/ISO/AS9100) is a plus What We Expect Work independently with minimal supervision Deliver consistent, high-quality welds Support team productivity and manufacturing goals Maintain equipment and tools properly Demonstrate reliability and professionalism daily Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
