Manager of Med/Surg/Telemetry

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Manager for Medical/Surgical and Telemetry departments. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of patient care while managing a high-volume environment. Essential Duties: Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail. Protect patient confidentiality at all times. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Demonstrate strong computer and documentation skills. pply proper English grammar and punctuation in professional communications. Perform calculations including proportions, percentages, BSA, circumference, and volume. nalyze problems, collect data, establish facts, and make informed decisions. Job Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Med/Surg or Telemetry. Supervisory experience or previous role as a charge nurse preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field required. Master's degree in a related field preferred. Licensure/Certifications: Current California RN license required. Current BLS certification. CLS certification. Basic EKG/telemetry interpretation experience required, or completion of a Basic EKG course within 6 months of employment.
