Apply today and start the most rewarding chapter of your career with us. Job Description Performs accounting functions according to established procedures and as directed by Accounting Management. Word Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Assist with the preparation of financial reporting documents, including 8-k's, 10-Q's, 10-K's, 11-K's, Proxy statement, Investor Presentations and Earnings Releases, etc. Perform rollforwards of various financial reporting documents. Prepare and perform tie-outs to source supporting documents for all external filings, including quarterly earnings call script. Assist with Section 16 reporting and maintain detailed holdings rollforwards for all Section 16 filers. Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual GAAP disclosure checklists to support compliance with GAAP requirements. Assist with stock-based compensation accounting. Prepare equity rollforward schedules. Assist with earnings per share calculations and related supporting schedules. Prepare reconciliations for selected general ledger accounts. Assist with periodic regulatory filings, as needed. Prepare, validate, and document supporting schedules and information for external financial reporting and disclosure requirements. Serve as a point of contact with internal business partners to obtain data disclosed for external disclosures. Support organization's documentation of controls for assigned external disclosures. Support accounting department initiatives to enhance data integrity, accuracy, and process efficiency across the department and organization. Assist in maintaining effective relationships with internal business partners to understand accounting transactions and business processes. Assist in coordinating the annual audit, including ensuring that reports are in compliance with US GAAP, cooperating with and assisting external auditors as needed, and providing financial information and finalizing annual reports in compliance with applicable standards. Assume responsibility for timely completion of special projects as assigned by Director of Financial Reporting, CFO and CAO. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from accredited four-year college or university in Accounting, Finance or a related filed; Accounting preferred. At least two years of accounting, audit or financial reporting experience. At least one year of public accounting experience preferred. CPA or CPA-track preferred Skills & Professional Attributes Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced reporting environment Strong sense of ownership and accountability in delivering accurate and timely work Effective communication and collaboration skills High standards of professional ethics and integrity Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
