As the Vice President of Commercial Product Strategy, you will be the strategic leader for the Professional Business Unit, concentrating on enhancing the end-to-end experience of the CCH Axcess platform and its associated product portfolio. Reporting directly to the Segment General Manager, you will drive commercial success, elevate customer satisfaction, and facilitate market growth across the U.S. This executive role involves leading the full product and Go-to-Market strategy with complete P&L accountability for the CCH Axcess Platform portfolio. Your responsibilities include managing the product lifecycle, developing a multigenerational roadmap, crafting the marketing channel strategy, and executing operations to ensure sustainable revenue growth. To succeed, you will collaborate closely with the VP Product Management of Audit and Tax portfolios, mapping the user experience journey. With a thorough understanding of market dynamics and customer needs, you will transform strategic insights into actionable plans that drive innovation and market differentiation. Your leadership will also include integrating advanced technologies, such as AI, into our SaaS product offerings to improve customer outcomes and fuel growth. Additionally, you will foster a high-performing workforce, ensuring the organization meets its financial goals while advancing strategic initiatives benefiting customers, employees, and shareholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete P&L, ensuring that financial commitments are met while pursuing operational efficiency for long-term growth. Develop and execute an aggressive Go-to-Market strategy that leverages innovative product strategies, including advanced technologies, to drive revenue and differentiate in the market. Transform the Tax & Accounting CCH brand into a scalable, AI-enabled SaaS business, aligning product innovation with customer needs. Gain insight into market opportunities, customer profiles, and competitive landscapes to identify avenues for growth. Build strong relationships with customers, translating their needs into strategic product roadmaps and enhancing adoption and retention. Execute a multigenerational product roadmap aligned with North American technology and AI strategies, maximizing platform capabilities. Utilize customer insights and financial modeling to drive optimal pricing strategies and inform product investments. Inspire and develop a team of product managers, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Drive strategic alignment by effectively communicating product strategy and commercial priorities to stakeholders. Implement a focused acquisition strategy aimed at enhancing revenue growth and market reach. Qualifications: Education: A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred. Experience: 15+ years of product management experience in SaaS, including proven success with go-to-market strategies. 5+ years of experience managing Offshore teams in product management. Desired Skills: Strong business acumen and the ability to synthesize detailed information into actionable plans. Expertise in pricing strategies, financial forecasting, and prioritizing ROI for investments. Proven history of successfully launching and scaling commercial software products. Deep understanding of AI technologies and their enterprise applications. Exceptional leadership and communication abilities. Customer-oriented with a knack for translating insights into profitable offerings. Travel Requirements: 30% overnight travel primarily throughout the United States if located in the North America Hub (Dallas, Atlanta); 40% if based elsewhere. Preference for in-office work at a Wolters Kluwer location two days a week. Compensation: The salary range for this role is $198,000.00 - $297,000.00 USD, with eligibility for bonuses.
